This is a Japanese book award. The shortlist is chosen by Japanese librarians, and international students in Japan vote for their favourite. "Sakura" means cherry blossoms which are celerated at the beginning of Spring each year. We have 3 of the books on the shortlist in our library.

ReplyDeletebrainjack is an awesome book! i totally recommend it to people, because its a gripping story by a great author. i think that it should definitely win!
